Troy W. Wilkinson
Troy helped cofound SOPHI in February of 2015. Working alongside Joshua, he set out to develop a concept that serves the employees as well as the clients and customers. Troy believes that empowering, rewarding, and holding accountable only the best employees will allow SOPHI to retain the best talent in the service industry, ultimately providing the most value to our clients and customers. In his 11 years, Troy was a partner of a valet company for 5 years and was in management for 2 prior to his partnership. Troy has developed and nurtured countless relationships with clients, employees, and event planners.
